基金會將於2014年10月至2015年4月期間開展「同步成長計劃」, 由香港大學的大哥哥大姐姐跟基金會的小朋友/年青人一起參與活動(以兩位大學生對一位小而同之友的配對方式建立友誼), 藉此擴闊小朋友的社交, 並讓大學生認識患罕見骨骼疾病孩子及其家庭的需要。計劃內的活動如下:

參加計劃的「小而同之友」無需付任何費用, 亦歡迎「小而同之友」的兄弟姊妹參加。如會員需要使用輪椅, 我們會作出適當安排。出席率達八成的參加者可於計劃結束後獲得證書及精美禮物一份。

小而同同步成長計劃 2014 LPHKBibg Brother Big Sister

The foundation will launch a "Big Brother Big Sister Project" during Oct 2014-March 2015, in which HKU students will pair up with LPHK children/teens (2 HKU students with 1 LPHK member) and participate in various activities together. The project aims at building long-term friendships between university students and LPHK children, and at the same time allowing university students to understand the needs of children with skeletal dysplasia and their families. Activities include the following (may vary slightly): -
1. "Little Chefs Can Cook!" cooking class    25Oct2014 (Sat)
2. Visit to the Ocean Park - Ocean Park Academy    15Nov2014 (Sat)
3. LPHK Chinese New Year Party + Rare Disease Day 2015    28Feb2015 (Sat)
4. BBQ fun day
This is a free programme for LPHK members and their siblings. We will make arrangements for members on wheelchairs. A certificate and a gift will be given to those who reach 80% attendance rate.
